Area Sales manager
As an Area sales manager you will work with business development and export sales of technically advanced tailor-made system solutions. The position involves responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from acquiring new customers to contractual agreements, and you will have responsibility of a geographic area outside of Sweden. Sales are made through distributors, through machine suppliers and directly to end customers.
We are looking for someone who has an MSc or equivalent and have experience of technical systems sales. You have experience of working with both distributors and directly with end users. You master both English and Swedish fluently in speech and writing. Since our customers are located worldwide it is an advantage if you speak a third language.
It is meritorious if you have previous experience in the bioenergy sector, paper industry and/or other process industries.

Service engineers with customer focus
We are looking for two service engineers to support our service team. As a service engineer you will be the company's leading-edge on-site at our customers, where you will work with technically advanced tailor-made system solutions. The job includes emergency service and preventive maintenance on-site, as well as commissioning of new installations.
You will be part of a team with Area Sales Managers and Technical Project Managers, dedicated to a specific geographical area. The work also includes training of the customer and annual inspections. You work independently and the job includes a lot of travelling.
We are looking for someone who:
• has at least an upper secondary engineering education or has worked a few years with technical service.
• possess a broad technical interest and knowledge, where you master troubleshooting and the verifying of components within electricity, electronics and mechanics.
• have interest and knowledge in IT, where programming experience is a plus.
• have experience of working against the process industry.
• have good knowledge in Swedish and English. An additional language is an advantage (e.g. Russian, Spanish or French).

Technical Project Manager
As a technical project manager you take over after handover from the Sales Department, manage the project during the implementation phase and throughout commissioning, you are the integral link between Firefly and the customer. An important part is to create easy-to-understand customized documentation such as drawings and installation manuals for customers worldwide. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the procurement of installation services, supervision at the customer site, project follow-up and closing.
We are looking for a person who has at least a high school diploma in engineering or a Bachelor of Science in engineering. Furthermore, you have a few years of working experience with technical documentation in Swedish and English. You are familiar with project management, have worked with procurement of services and see customer contacts and relations as a natural part of your workday. You have managed major projects within the process industry or equivalent. You are a skilled PC user and master the Office and AutoCAD programs.
As a person you are open-minded, positive, responsible and like to take the lead. You are comfortable in running your own projects but also like to be a part of a larger team. You are sociable, caring and humble when in contact with clients and have a high sense of quality consciousness.
It is a great asset if you are multilingual since our customers are located all over the world. We require that you are fluent, both written and orally, in Swedish and English.
