Area Sales Manager
What is your role at Firefly, and what are your days like?
I work as an Area Sales Manager at Firefly, where I am responsible for customers in several industrial segments, primarily the paper, hygiene, and food industries.
My role involves working closely with customers to understand their production processes, identify potential fire risks, and recommend the most effective fire prevention solutions. I also coordinate projects with our internal teams to ensure each solution is tailored to the customer’s needs. The position is both technical and customer-focused, with a high level of responsibility. Every project is different, which means no two days are the same.
What experience do you bring to the role?
I joined Firefly in December 2022.
Before that, I spent more than six years at Siemens Sp. z o.o., where I was responsible for the sales of fire protection systems for new industrial investments. During that time, I gained extensive experience in technical sales, fire safety systems, and managing complex industrial projects. That background has provided a strong foundation for my current role and allows me to support customers with practical, solution-oriented advice.
What do you enjoy most about working at Firefly?
What I appreciate most is the combination of trust, independence, and an international working environment. I have the freedom to take ownership of my work and make decisions, while collaborating with knowledgeable colleagues across different markets.
Most importantly, I truly believe in the value of the solutions we provide. Helping customers improve safety, protect people, and keep their production running gives my work a real purpose. Knowing that our technology can prevent fires before they happen is highly motivating.
Working at Firefly has also contributed significantly to my personal and professional development. The role is technically challenging, carries a great deal of responsibility, and constantly presents new opportunities to learn. That continuous growth is what keeps the work engaging and rewarding.
