Here is what he had to say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-is-your-role-at-firefly-and-what-do-your-days-look-like\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is your role at Firefly, and what do your days look like?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;m an Area Sales Manager for the Italian market. My role mainly involves finding new customers and partners, while also strengthening relationships with existing ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I spend most of my days on the road, meeting new and established clients to discuss projects and opportunities. From the start, my goal was clear: find new customers and grow our market share in Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During these years we have been growing steadily and welcomed several new customers, but there is still a long way to go, and that keeps me motivated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-why-do-you-enjoy-working-at-firefly\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why do you enjoy working at Firefly?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Working at Firefly is exciting because every day brings something new. You get to meet a wide range of people and work across very different industries, from woodworking and paper to recycling and food production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That variety is what I love most. It constantly pushes me to think creatively and find new solutions.
