St\u00e4mman fastst\u00e4llde vidare styrelsens f\u00f6rslag till utdelning p\u00e5 3,00 kr per aktie, totalt 18&nbsp;004&nbsp;200 kr och att resterande f\u00f6rfogande st\u00e5ende vinstmedel, 54&nbsp;782&nbsp;836 kr, skall \u00f6verf\u00f6ras i ny r\u00e4kning. Avst\u00e4mningsdag f\u00f6r utdelning fastst\u00e4lldes till den 26 april och utbetalningsdag blir den 2 maj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St\u00e4mman beslutade om ett \u00e5rligt styrelsearvode om sammanlagt 345&nbsp;000 kr (330 000 kr), 0 kr (0 kr) till styrelsens ordf\u00f6rande och 115&nbsp;000 kr (110&nbsp;000 kr) till \u00f6vriga ledam\u00f6ter som ej \u00e4r anst\u00e4llda i bolaget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St\u00e4mman beslutade att styrelsen fram till n\u00e4sta \u00e5rsst\u00e4mma ska best\u00e5 av fem ledam\u00f6ter.&nbsp;Omval skedde av styrelseledam\u00f6terna Erik Mitteregger, Elisabet Salander Bj\u00f6rklund, Ulf Dahlberg, Anders Lindberg och Lennart Jansson.
