A day in the Marketing Department
Each Monday, our marketing team kicks off the week with a catch-up meeting. We review ongoing projects, set priorities, and align our goals for the week. With the responsibility of managing all communication and marketing materials for Firefly globally, our work varies based on requests and demands, but exhibitions remain a key focus. With over 100 exhibitions worldwide each year, we handle everything from start to finish, requiring us to be fast, organized, and detail-oriented.
Our days are spent creating and updating marketing content, from designing digital assets and preparing print materials to crafting promotional materials. We handle all of this in-house to ensure that everything we produce is high-quality and consistent with Firefly’s brand.
In addition to content creation, we analyze feedback, assess performance, and adjust our strategies to enhance future efforts. We also plan upcoming activities to ensure alignment with Firefly’s objectives.
For larger projects, we collaborate with creative agencies to gain additional expertise and fresh perspectives. This collaboration helps us elevate our campaigns and exhibitions by combining internal knowledge with external creativity.
As the day concludes, we prepare for upcoming tasks and ensure all projects are on track. Working in our small but dedicated team means engaging in a range of activities, from creative design to strategic planning. Every day is an opportunity to make an impact and contribute to Firefly’s success.
