These guidelines help us showcase Firefly’s brand consistently across all our events and exhibitions.

Stand overview

Below is an overview of the basic principles for branding of the stand.

Do’s

  1. The main wall should consist of a core message, sometimes accomanied by a large picture and/or icons to show our solutions and unique selling points.
  2. Orange angled line, always 85 pkt thick and an exact angle of 73.5° if vertical. If horizontal, the line should always be 2.3°.
  3. Large pictures are used to showcase both our solutions, but also the surroundings that our customers operate in.
  4. Message in short visible text in Gill Sans Pro Book (all caps) in dark blue colour or white depending on the background.
  5. If enough room, please also include or approvals and ceritifcations.
  6. When applicable, showcase our products and demo units to better stand out from competitors.
  7. Firefly logo visible from both front and sides in the main aisles. This branding is visible from outside the stand.
  8. Neutral colour, e.g. grey, on carpet to keep the focus on the products. If custom built light wooden flooring is preffered.

Don’ts

  1. Don’t use other colours than from the Firefly colour palette.
  2. Don’t use pictures other than the ones following the Firefly image style.
  3. Don’t place the Firefly branding material too low. It will be hidden behind furniture and crowd.
  4. Don’t put the Firefly logotype on an image that doesn’t highlight it. The logotype must contrast with the background.
  5. Don’t use any other font than Gill Sans Pro.
  6. Don’t use any garish colour on the floor. Keep it neutral.
  7. Don’t miss to brand the stand from the aisles and entrances.

To keep a professional and consistent look for everyone representing Firefly at events and exhibitions, please follow our Event and Exhibition Clothing Guidelines.

The guidelines offer different clothing options from business formal and business casual.

Business formal:

  • Suit jacket with matching trousers our skirt / Dark navy or black
  • Firefly branded light blue shirt (ordered via marketing@firefly.se)
  • Fomal shoes
  • Optional: tie

Business casual:

  • Firefly branded dark navy polo shirt (ordered via Ahlsell)
  • Classic chinos / Dark colour or beige
  • Formal shoes or plain sneakers
  • Optinal: Pullover / Dark nay or black (ordered via Ahlsell)
