Social Media
Social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and other networks play a key role in how we connect with the world. Through these channels, we engage with customers, employees, partners, potential team members, and other stakeholders, creating meaningful conversations about fire safety and innovation.
Our main goals for Firefly’s social media presence are:
- Foster conversations with our audiences by answering questions and sharing insights.
- Publish content that highlights our expertise, making Firefly’s work more visible and shareable.
- Attract visitors to our website, where we showcase our mission, solutions, and career opportunities.
- Provide journalists, industry influencers, and potential employees with quick access to updates about our company and innovations.
At Firefly, we use social media not just to inform, but to inspire.
Background / Cover image

Firefly representatives are encouraged to use a Firefly-branded background image on their professional social media profiles, such as LinkedIn. This applies to both Firefly employees and affiliated partners.
A background image can be selected from recent campaigns, visuals that represent our mission of fire prevention, or images that align with our employer value proposition: Saving lives and keeping customers in production
Usage guidelines:
- In official Firefly channels, where the Firefly logo is already the profile picture, no additional logos are needed on the background image.
- For employee profiles or partner channels, a co-branded version of the Firefly logo may be added to strengthen brand recognition.

LinkedIn for employees
LinkedIn is the world’s largest professional network and a key platform for building and strengthening relationships.
By posting and sharing articles, news, job opportunities, and other relevant content, we can showcase Firefly as an innovative industry leader and an attractive employer. Sharing job postings also supports our recruitment efforts by reaching the right candidates.
Posts can be made both from Firefly’s official accounts and employees’ personal profiles.
When you are posting from a Firefly account or your personal profile while representing Firefly, here are some guidelines to help you:
Do

- Always try to add a personal touch. When sharing content, include a brief comment, such as a reflection on an article or why a job posting might be exciting.
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach. Whether posting, commenting, or engaging in discussions, communicate in a professional and considerate manner, even when expressing differing opinions.
Don’t
- Don’t share confidential information. Don’t post anything that could compromise Firefly’s business, customers, or partners. If unsure, check with your manager.
- Avoid speculation or rumors. Do not spread, comment on, or engage in discussions based on unverified information.
