Working at Firefly has been an incredible journey for me. I’ve always wanted to work in an international environment, and I’ve really found my place here at Firefly. It’s amazing to see how a small Swedish company has grown and become a world leader in its industry. Being part of that development is truly inspiring.

When I started, my role didn’t exist in its current form. I had the opportunity to shape and build my position to suit both our products and our customers’ needs. That’s been a big part of why I enjoy my work so much – I’ve been able to put my own stamp on what I do and really feel like I’m making a difference.

Another thing I really appreciate is how closely we work across departments. The collaboration between those of us working with logistics, product development, and sales is crucial to delivering the best for our customers. We’re all working towards the same goal — keeping our customers’ production running smoothly and protecting lives through our fire safety solutions.

What I love most about my job is the contact with people all over the world – customers, agents, and freight forwarders. It makes every day different, and that’s something that really motivates me. When I think about Firefly as a whole, the best part is my colleagues. We have such a great atmosphere at work, with a truly international mix of people that makes it fun to come in every day.
